| One 434x145 pixel box to be used to design a piece that showcases the region
in some way, which illustrates your firm's abilities and which fits into the context of the design of this site in
a unique & interesting way. The piece of The Firm List logo, the flower and the yellow & white area in the lower
left-hand corner must be retained. The region must be identified in some way, using any font. The correct identification
for a region is either the country or the state & country. |
| One 115x72 pixel box to be used to promote yourself or your firm. This box
needs only retain the 1 pixel white line on the left and bottom sides, though you can utilize that white line in any you'd
like, as long as you retain the white edge. |
| Files sizes should not exceed 30k for the two combined. This may be flexible in some
cases, but if you choose to do an elaborate flash design, anything more than 30k must be loaded in a subsequent download
upon interaction. |
| The designs may be standard images (.gifs or .jpgs), flash files, html (text/forms) or
even combinations of the three. |
| All flash designs must also include a representative .gif/.jpg to take the place of
the flash file if flash is not installed on the end-user's browser. |

| The "official" Firm List font is Franklin Gothic Condensed. It's not mandatory that
you use it in your design. |
| Designs should be compressed (either .sit or .zip) and sent via email to
matte@firmlist.com. Please include all files, including the html. The html files need not
re-create the entire page, but rather represent the two spaces you have to work with. Any designs incorporating flash must include
all the appropriate code to play the files as well as present a .gif/.jpg to those without the browser. |

| The Fine Print |
| Submissions will be accepted from any firm or individual. We would prefer to showcase designs from
that region, but we will consider any good designs. |
| All submissions will be considered, but not every design will be used. We will contact you and let
you know what our intention is. By submitting a design, you give The Firm List the right to use your design in perpetuity. Your design
will not be used for any other purpose without notifying you and asking for permission. You may ask to have your design removed at any time. |
| All accepted designs may be removed at any time without any reason given. If we receive multiple designs
for a region, we reserve the right to rotate the designs in a matter that we deem appropriate. Preferential treatment is given to the most
creative & unusual designs. |
| Designs must fit in the space designated. Certain design elements that are part of the rest of the
page which overlap into the design space must be retained in their original form. Please be as creative as you wish,
we will let you know if we need something changed, and will give you the opportunity to make changes. |
| The Firm List offers no money in return for these designs, but at our discretion, we will offer various
rewards (to be determined). |
